LAST FEW PLACES LEFT!

James Butler of Painless Practice

Business Development Workshop

Friday 13 November 2009

9.30am – 4.30pm

Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel, Meriden, nr Birmingham

James’s workshop will cover many aspects of communicating osteopathy to the wider community in the context of marketing your clinic.

What do patients want to hear? What do osteopaths usually tell them?

How can you bring the two closer together in your marketing?

You will consider printed materials, websites, group presentations and individual conversations with patients, always with the focus of helping you feel comfortable about promoting yourself and your profession.

You will be challenged to review your own efforts to date, and to create an

action plan for change moving forward.

Don’t expect to sit back and relax - you’ll be working hard but having fun too!

This workshop is guaranteed to provide concrete ideas and actions

that will change how you promote your practice.

A previous delegate writes:

“I thought the course was brilliant.Ê I have been to marketing courses before where the tutor didn't really understand the market. James really knew his stuff and I gained a great deal from the course. Thanks James”.
