March meeting is in Huddersfield at the Cedar Court Hotel as usual. The date is the 13th--lunch at 1.00--Lecture at 2.00.
ive double posted this event as i added it to the Calendar - which includes this option of a linked post..

so if you are posting a calendar event -- go to calendar first , and choose 'post event', then complete the details and post as u would for a normal post, but with the advantage that it will appear in the calendar and on the front page left hand block ' events & calendar dates'

hi

great to meet  new & 'c again old'folks today .... thx victor for an excellent presentation & hands on ..
thx dorothy sue and chris and others i met but can't remember their names (cos i was probably babbling on)
good to c u judith and tim and sean - shawn Smiley

i do hope the society uses its membership email list to let more folks know more about this resurrected website...remember we can send 1 email from this site to all -- so ....

i heard plenty of newsworthy copy -- course in kendal with tim oxbow -- the 2010 conference, important insurance info  etc -- if u are worried about making a public post about certain delicate topics -- then use the non- public areas to post --but for heaven's sake get posting -- and u need to register to post !! remember that if u have set your email to non public - folks can pm you without knowing your email - and if you want to call yourself anonymous of arnside you can!

(i could post the above but this is not my blog it is yours!- ours etc etc)

and lets replace the swos articles with our own or at least use them as a template to create our own

many many hours have gone into this setup and i will come and whinge at every meeting till u get posting - may even threaten to bring my fine pair of hunting cats and noisy woof to future sessions as well as eat all the cakes b4 u arrive!!

i even put a chess section for you which if you look has a chat function so you can speak/type live - and leave it - and pick it up another day -- both the chess game and the chat is saved and only the chatters see their chat!! ie the chess is just an excuse!

thx again

good to see the society thriving!

just filling in my CPD and so am taking the opportunity to copy/paste

"ultrasound as a augmentary diagnostic tool in practice --a useful reminder of potential aortic aneurysm in low back cases, as well as a useful adjunct to treatment of shoulder soft tissue injuries; also discussions on other clinical matters,

and the chance perhaps for some of the u'sound slides to be posted on this new NCSO website as a useful reminder and discussion tool - as well as then being available for those who could not attend -

i wonder if someone could contact victor and ask him to register and perhaps post a slide or 2?

these posts can be populated with precis of meetings with pictures and films that serve not only to refresh  those who were able to attend, but to inform those who were not able to attend, as well as perhaps stimulating some discussion
